They were both able to record a clear first round behind their names. Ahlmann counted on Solid Gold Z (by Stakkato Gold) for this, Kühner took Eic Caleo (by Cachas) from the stable.
Valkenswaard United is in a provisional second place. Both Peder Fredricson (H&M All In) and Edwina Tops-Alexander (Identity Vitseroel) jumped a clear round but their combined chrono was just a bit slower than that of the Shangai Swans.
