In Riyadh the main Qualifier was set at 1.50m height. In this Longines Ranking class France's Simon Delestre jumped to victory aboard the 9-year-old Olga van de Kruishoeve (breeder: Eric Polfliet).
Delestre and the 9-year-old daughter by El Torreo de Muze were over three seconds faster as Jordanian rider, Nasouh Kayali and Quinn (Quartz Ask). Abdulrahman Alrajhi and Delestre's former 10-year-old Iniesta V (Zambesi) completed the stage.
The pair was followed by Italy's Emanuele Camilli and Belgian Warmblood-gelding, Odense Odeveld (Diamant de Semilly). Meshari Alharbi and Cascadello Boy RM (Cascadello) completed the top five!
