Steve Guerdat Victorious in Grand Prix 'Pan American' at Spruce Meadows

The world's number one, Steve Guerdat, has won the 5* Grand Prix 'Pan American' at Spruce Meadows with his sixteen year old Venard de Cerisy.

Only 6 riders stayed clear in the first round and could go up to the jump-off. Guerdat was clearly faster than the other combinations, finishing in 43.95 seconds. For Ireland, Brian Cournane, ended in second place with Armik (Armitage). Jennifer Gates completed the top 3 after a jump-off in 46.73 seconds with Capital Colnardo. 
Eduardo Menezes and Daniel Coyle took the fourth and fifth place. The 6th rider that was placed for the jump-off, Charlie Jacobs, decided not to compete anymore after the first round.
