Sweden wins St Gallen Nations Cup

In St Gallen this afternoon, the Nations Cup was on the programme. A jump-off between Sweden and Germany crowned the Swedes as the winners. Both teams had 13 penalty points behind their names after the two rounds. 

For the Swedes, Rolf-Goran Bengtsson rode the jump-off. He managed to jump a clear round in 43.50 seconds in the saddle of Ermindo (by Singapore). This earned him, Douglas Lindelow (Casquo Blue), Eveline Tovek (Winnetou de la Hamente Z) and Malin Bayard-JOhnsson (H&M Indiana) the gold medal. 

For the Germans Christian Kukuk entered the jump-off. With Mumbai (by Diamant de Semilly) he had one jumping fault and one time penalty. This put him, Maurice Tebbel (Don Diarado), Andre Thieme (DSP Chakaria) and Philipp Weishaupt (Asathir) in second place. 

The Swiss followed in third place.
