In a two-phase course, both against the clock, 21 combinations stayed double clear. In the top three, Francis Derwin, David Will and Gregory Wathelet battled for the win and it was the Belgian who finally set the winning time of 26.62 seconds with Argentina de La Marchette (Acajou de La Marchette). German David Will could count on Primus Vom Neumuehler Hof (Perigueux) for second place, finishing in 27.21 seconds. Francis Derwin jumped Ahg Whiterock Cruise Down for Ireland to third place in 27.84 seconds. 

Finally, Guy Williams and Rouge de Ravel (Ultimo Van Ter Moude) were ahead of Leon Thijssen and Faithless Mvdl (Ukato) in the top five.
