A total of fourteen combinations qualified for the Jump-Off in the 1.60m CSI5* Hamburg Grand Prix. On the beautiful gras arena it was Brazil's Yuri Mansur jumping to the win aboard Miss Blue-Saint Blue Farm.
Mansur and the 11-year-old daughter of Chacco-Blue missed Steve Guerdat's time with Lancelotta (Falkenhof's Lancer) by just under a second. In front of their own audience, André Thieme completed the Grand Prix podium.
Thieme followed in third place with his 14-year-old DSP Chakira (Chap). The duo was followed by Harry Charles and his Belgian-bred Romeo 88 (Contact vd Heffinck). As one of the first to start, Karim Elzoghby completed the top five with his 14-year-old Zandigo (Zento).
