This morning, the Children competed for the individual medals. After being the only rider to leave all the poles up throughout every round, Lieselot Kooremans was crowned the new European Champion! She achieved this feat with Nini van HD (I'm Special de Muze).
A beautiful day for Lieselot Kooremans and the Netherlands, as she just brought home the gold in the individual final at the European Championships for Children in Riesenbeck. Together with the 12-year-old BWP mare, Kooremans was the only rider to remain clear throughout all rounds.
Riding Nini van HD (I'm Special de Muze), she outpaced the competition. A perfect way to end the week in Riesenbeck!
The silver medal went to British rider Eleonora Ljungman. With Jamaica Ebh (Otangelo), she narrowly stayed ahead of Noah Philips-De Vuyst, who claimed bronze for Switzerland aboard Fouego de la Closiere (Nabab de Rêve).
Just off the podium, Lena Daudinet Paquet placed fourth with the 13-year-old mare Caravelle d’Elaume (Messire Ardent). The top five was completed by Palma Sophie Gry Jansson-Christensen and Coco Chanel (Comme Il Faut).
