The last day of competition in Valkenswaard has commenced. Victor Bettendorf was victorious in the CSI4* 1.45m with Extasia Bella by Classic Z. Laura Klaphake sped to victory with Silver Star van de Eedthoek in the CSIYH1* final for 6- and 7-year-olds.
Victory went to Victor Bettendorf in the CSI4* 1.45m class. He raced to first place in 58.62 seconds aboard Extasia Bella by Classic Z (Emerald van 't Ruytershof). Harrie Smolders crossed the finish line in 60.18 seconds riding Deesse de Kerglenn (Mylord Carthago), securing second place. Third place went to Gilles Thomas with Lavanoche T&L Z (Lavallino ter Klomp), with a time of 61.26 seconds.
Just off the podium was Vani Khosla, who relied on Orlando van de Afspanning (Kartouzo van 't Kathof) to narrowly stay ahead of Zoe Conter. Conter rounded out the top five with Melodie-K van 't Kattenheye (Cornet Obolensky).
In the CSIYH1* final for 6- and 7-year-olds, Laura Klaphake claimed the win with Silver Star van de Eedthoek (Magic Star van de Eedthoek), just edging out Gilles Thomas, who took second with Saladin 'S' (Ducati van Schuttershof). Third place went to Salim Ahmed Al Suwaidi aboard Blitz ALZ (Balou Star).
Jur Vrieling finished just off the podium with Nikky Vera (Emir R), while Philipp Weishaupt placed fifth riding Coffee Shock (Cornet Obolensky).
