Jür Vrieling: "My father lives for the horses. I can't force him to stay at home right now"

Jür Vrieling, a Dutch top rider, is still working at home. He even indicates that his father is still coming by the stables every day, of course with all respect for the current measures....

"My father is 78 years old and still passes by the stables every day. Of course we have all respect for the current measures of the government, but I just can't keep him away from the horses. The horses are his life so I can't take that away from him right now. We do pay a lot of attention to the measures in our stables. We divided all tasks amongst our employees in order to not to get them in contact with each other so much. We have to because we have seven people running around all day. However I'm very happy that we can keep busy. I realize this is not the case for everyone so I think us riders can be very happy".
