About: Stuart Harvey and Hello Forever

It's a constant, Scott Brash who writes his name into the history books. Last week the British show jumper did it again. He and Hello Sanctos took the second Rolex Grand Slam win at Aachen. But what about the 9-years-old For Pleasure-son, Hello Forever. He is stabled with the world number one,  since the beginning of this year. Both have proved to be ready for the future, winning or placing in several 1.50m classes. They impressed in Gotenborg, s' Hertogenbosch and Miami. Hello Forever thanks his schooling to Stuart Harvey, the one who introduced the horse into the competition ring. "I found Forever in the Netherlands. I was immediately impressed and asked Rebecca Stones to buy this great hose," states Harvey. "There are plenty of good horses, but exceptional horses are hard to find. That is why I didn't want to wait to long. Althoug I believed in Forever, I didn't expect he was capable of what he's doing today." Harvey competed Forever until the CSI 4* in Hickstead. "We had some good results, and this was the place were Lady and Lord Harris noticed Forever." A little bit later the chestnut moved to Scott Brash's stables. "It is amazing to see Forever at work with Scott. Forever is still the same. The first days at the competition he is spooky, looks at everything... but when it matters he is ready." The grandson of Nimmerdor is respectful, smart and fast according to Harvey. "Forever impresses with his own style. At home we had to train a lot of lines with verticals. It took patience and time to get through him." According to Harvey there is no secret in training and developing a horse. Just patience and not losing your calm. In 3 years time the Harvey and Peppermill rode 84 clear rounds. No wonder Stuart Harvey is known as one of the best horse trainers in Great Britain. "Peppermill and Forever are completely the opposite. Forever is a very gentel horse, the flows with the wind. Peppermill uses his force to jump the jumps. Maybe that is also why Peppermill had to end his career because of an injury ... ". Harvey's biggest wish is the same succes for Forever as Peppermill had. Meanwhile he puts the focus on some new, promissing horses. Brash - Hertogenbosch
