As the IGA approaches our one-year anniversary in April, we are now looking for three individuals to fill three new positions on our Board, to play a part in representing the interests of international grooms, and advocate for best practice across the industry.
The positions available are:
• IGA Chairperson
• IGA Business Director
• IGA Youth Representative
All three roles are voluntary Non-Executive Director positions, with a minimal time commitment and any incurred expenses will be paid.
After a successful first few months it is now time to widen the scope of our Board; these roles offers individuals a unique opportunity to really give back and make a difference.
Find out more, and how to apply for each role via the links below.
The new IGA Chairperson should have effective Board experience, knowledge of FEI level sport, and an understanding of not-for-profit enterprises:
The second position is for Business Director; if you have proven business and financial management expertise and a knowledge of international horse sport this could be a great opportunity to assist the development of this progressive organisation.
The final role is one for an IGA member; aged 18-24, working anywhere in the world in any FEI discipline and at any level. This is a chance to be the voice of younger grooms, working with our other Experience Directors.
