The 38th annual ANRC Intercollegiate Championships were hosted by St. Andrew's University, Laurinburg, N.C. From April 15-19, The Savannah College of Art & Design equestrian team made history by becoming the first school to win both the national and novice team divisions. From New York it were Lauren McQuire (Rochester) and Lindsay Baker (Baldwin Place) who were on the team. Lauren finished third in both the program ride and the medal phase. Lindsay was ninth in Derby phases in the national division. Three Centenary riders made the top 10 in the individual standings. Cody Wooten (5th), Trevor Hawthorne (6th) and Anthony DeSimone (8th). At the ANRC Championships the riders were judged and scored in four phases: a Program ride (incl. USEF hunter equitation tests), Hunter Seat Equitation Medal Cours, a Derby Style Equitation Course and a written test based on riding theory and equine science. Overall National results: CLICK HERE
