Baloubet du Rouet) and Pius Schwizer (Powerplay, v. Casall) glean one point in total. Paul Estermann had one fence down, but that result was cancelled. France followed in a second position with a total of five points, while Germany and Belgium got a total of six points, ending in a third position after the first round. With Switzerland clearly on top and a minimal point difference between the countries the second round promissed to be an exciting one. In the end it where the Dutch that took victory. Albert Voorn (Tobalio), Hendrik-Jan Schuttert (Cerona H S), Frank Schuttert (Winchester H S) and Leon Thijssen Tyson limited the total damage to 8 points .The Swiss team had to be satisfied with a second place with 11 points leading on a shared third place between Great-Britain, Ireland and France.
