Laura Kraut leads the GCT ranking

imagesAt the 5th leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour in Cannes it was the German rider Marcus Ehning who tiggered a ranking sake-up with Laura Kraut back at number one on 132 points - 8 ahead of Christian Ahlmann. Laura Kraut and Jubilee d’Ouilly had four faults in the first round of the GCT Grand Prix in Cannes Saturday. The pair went clear in the second round, finishing tenth. “I think it is best to just keep focusing on each individual competition”, she said. “I was really pleased with Jubilee, she jumped fantastic. I am just really honoured and pleased to be in the position I am. The first round was probably the biggest I have jumped, very big, very scopey. I am very lucky to have two super horses at this level.” Ranking 1. Laura Kraut, 132.00 points 2. Christian Ahlmann, 124.00 points 3. Luciana Diniz, 106.00 points 4. Alvaro de Miranda, 91.00 points 5. Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum, 91.00 points 6. Denis Lynch, 90.00 points 7. Marcus Ehning, 88.00 points 8. Edwina Tops-Alexander, 88.00 points 9. Rolf-Göran Bengtsson, 85.00 points 10. Maikel van der Vleuten, 79.00 points The Longines Global Champions Tour series heads for Monaco starting on June 27. © equnews.com/ Global Champions Tour
