The first Nations Cup for student riders was recently claimed by the Irish squad. Winning the Nations Cup in Romania, the Irish claimed their third victory in a row, nevertheless only this one will count for the new overall ranking for 2014. India Dawson, Alyssa O'Neil and Tori Dicson scored top ten places in as well show jumping as dressage. Unlucky bird of the competition was team USA. Missing their connection flights the USA-riders missed out the first day of the competition. In the end they succeeded in claiming the 13th spot. The top three was completed by Romania ending in second and Germany who claimed the third place. Although a lot of rumor went around about unfair points given out to the Romanian team, the organizers can look back on a splendid fourth edition of the Transilvania Horse Show. click here for the results
