Abdel Saïd wins own sponsored Grand Prix

This week the official international indoor season in Belgium kicked off in the Sentowerpark. At the CSI2* Opglabbeek it was Abdel Said who rode to victory in the 1.45m 'Abdel Said Horses' Grand Prix. A total of 11 horse-rider combinations qualified for the jump-off. Aboard the 8-years-old Hope van Scherpen Donder (by Quadrillo) Said left the Irish Michael Duffy and Miss Untouchable (by Chacco Blue) in second place. Dutch Stephanie van den Brink finished third aboard her grey and trusted Ace. The top five was completed by Lorenzo de Luca with Homer de Reve and Nicola Philippaerts aboard Zilverstar T. The new Belgian Champion, Karel Cox, returned home with the sixth place thanks to an amazing round of Cayen van het Hobos.
