Alexandre Fontanelle claims CSI3* morning victory in Verbier

In Verbier the first class of today was won by the French rider Alexandre Fontanelle, he was the fastest rider to complete the CSI3* course built at 1.40m height. Aboard his Urtbreaker du Cara (Toulon) he stopped the timers in 54,47 seconds, leaping over a second ahead of the Swiss rider Barbara Schnieper and het Dutch bred horse Dickens II (Carolus II). Beat Grandjean completed the podium of this class with the ten year old Cantos-gelding Denzel Quantum Leap under the saddle. They completed the course in 57,63 seconds. Matias Alvaro finished on the fourth rank with his Elastique van de Koekoek (Golden Hawk) and Evelyne Bussmann completed the top five aboard Fleury d'Aveline CH (For Pleasure).
