Only a couple of minutes left and the FEI Furusiyya Nations Cup Final will kick off in the Spanish Barcelona. This morning the fivestar riders already warmed up with a 1m45 competition. It was de Brasilian Alvaro de Miranda aboard his 12-year-old Ad Norson (s. Quidam de Revel) who took home the victory and with that a cheque of 7.755 euro's. Shane Breen followed on a second place with the 9-year-old Zarnita while the former Olympic Champion, Eric Lamaze, completed the stage with Quelmec du Gery.
IN an exciting battle Katherine Dinan and her 12-year-old Glory Days (s. Cardento 933) were just not fast enough ending in the fourth position, followed by Scott Brash and his Belgian Warmbred Bon Ami (s. Pavarotti van de Helle).
