Angelica Augustsson takes a win in Antwerp

Aboard the 11 year old Madame Butterfly (by Corrado I) Ashford Farm-rider, Angelica Augustsson, set the fastest time of the nine pairs in the jump-off. About 0.20 seconds faster as the Swiss Nadja Peter-Steiner and her 10 year old Cayena (by Casall). They were followed by Jody Bosteels and Fantat C (by Winningmood van de Arenberg). Last week this horse-rider combination made their debute at the Spring Tour in Lummen. The top five was completed by Karline de Brabander with Elvis ter Putte and Wilm Vermeir with Gentiane de la Pomme. Vermeir and Gentiane set the fastest time but got one jumping fault under the way. In an interview Angelica stated Belgium has become her second home. She loves to ride the Ashford Farm horses, in particular Madame Butterfly. IMG_7294
