Beezie Madden speeds to the win in Thermal

The worldcup welcome stake in Thermal turned-out to be a battle between fourteen combinations in the jump-off. Eventually a total of eight pairs crossed the finish faultless. It was Elizabeth Madden who set a record time. Madden speeded to victory aboard her 12-year-old Breitling Ls (f. Quintero). The pair set the timer at 37.42 seconds and where followed by Egypt's Nayel Nassar who settled as runner-up with the fourteen year old Lordan (f. Lordanos). Nassar crossed the finish in 38.46 seconds staying ahead of Mandy Porter who completed the stage with Milano (f. Orlando). The top five was completed by Karl Cook (Caillon, f.
