In Frankfurt, a 1,50m class has just been ridden. The riders had to face two difficult rounds in this 'Heleba Champions Cup'. The best eleven combinations from the first round returned for the second round. Amongst them two Belgian riders: Gudrun Patteet and Pieter Devos. Eventually it was the Belgian lady rider Gudrun Patteet who crowned herself the winner. With the 10-year old Sea Coast Atlantic (f. Schilling) under the saddle, she jumped a clear second round in 42,28 seconds. With this timen she was the clear winner. She was over 4 (!!) seconds faster than the German Jörne Sprehe who ended on second place with Stakki's Jumper (f. Stakkato Gold). He left the wood untouched and finished in 46,43 seconds. Pieter Devos completed the podium. He and the KWPN gelding Apart (f. Larino) rode a very fast time, but a jumping penalty resulted in a third place. The top five was completed by Felix Hassmann (Cayenne WZ) and Christian Ahlmann (Colorit) Click here for the results
