Belgians take the lead in Lummen

In Lummen the third week of Summer Tour in Lummen started today with the Belgian Championship for seven year old horses. The first round was ridden and there were 56 Belgian combination going through, the Colombian Dayro Arroyave went clear with three different horses. Also the Swedish Antonia Andersson also was clear with two horses and goes on to the next round. Click here for all the clear rounds.  Therefore there were two CSI1* competitions, at the medium tour it was Julien Denaeyer who took the lead with T'Black Beauty Dsn Z (by Tauber van het Kapelhof) who stopped the time in 35.44 seconds. Amber Goethals came into the second place with Isaura van de Meerputhoeve (by Skippy II) in a time of 45.93 seconds. With a time of 37.87 seconds the third place went to Yenthe Schrijvers who rode on the back of Calamity Jane Z (by Indian Gold van Catershoeve). Further the top five was completed by Inge Pieck with Dasca van het Vijverbos (by Asca Z) in 40.10 seconds and Alain Soquette with Hesnafras de Rialfo (by Blue Boy van Berkenbroeck) in 40.18 seconds. Click here for all the results.  In the Small Tour it was Stephanie Grootjans that won with Efertiti VH Dingenshof (by Tornedo FCS) who stopped the chrono in 39.18 seconds. Yenthe Schrijvers also got a price in this class. This time he ended on the second place with Clever (by Clearway) who went through the finish in 41.68 seconds. Here Julien Denaeyer came into the third place with Esprit van de Veldenkenshoeve Z (by Edjaz van't Merelsnest) in 43.08 seconds. Christoph Verheyen took the fourth place with Edelweis vh Juxschot Z (by Eldorado van de Zeshoek TN) in 43.40 seconds. The fifth place was for Nicolas Devloo-Delva with his horse Armada vd Hacienda Z (by Azzaro Vdb Z) in 44.30 seconds. Click here for all the results.
