It became a Belgian celebration with Wathelet and Thibault and Olivier Philippaerts taking first, second and third place. It was Gregory Wathelet who claimed the victory with his Eldorado van het Vijverhof (Thunder van de Zuuthoeve) in 41.07 seconds. The youngest Philippaerts brother Thibault then took the second place aboard his Cataleya 3 (Cachas) in 41.68 seconds. Olivier Philippaerts then followed with a third place with Icos (Cicero Z) in 44.45 seconds.
