Ben Maher tops the Beijing World Cup qualifier

On the last and third day of the FEI World Cup China League the British flag was raised as its colours coloured the win in the 1.45 - 1.50m World Cup Final class. A total of 23 combinations took the start, unfortunately none of them produced clear round. During the jump off Ben Maher and Wawanta finished clear in 49.05 seconds. Patrick Lam placed as second with Al Capone. From Hongkong, Kenneth Cheng finished third on Chinzano. The first competiton of the day was a Winning round set at a height of 1.20-1.30 cm class. Only 10 of the 41 starters finished faultless. As the footing was not sublime and the weather rainy, many riders had difficulties slipping away. During the jump off only Guo Qingqiang and Utah De Taraud finished without any fault in 49.83 seconds. Li Yaofeng claimed the runner up on Question with the fastest speed. The third place was Li zhengqiang rode Edeiman.
