Allen finished in 29,84 seconds aboard his Dutch-bred Fairytale. In 30,09 seconds, it was Dutchman Maikel van der Vleuten with Beauville Z (Bustique) who claimed the silver position for the Netherlands. Emmanuele Gaudiano and Carlotta (Chaccomo) jumped to the third position for Italy. Belgium's Jos Verlooy and Cor-Leon van de Vlierbeek were able to take the fourth spot in 30,46 seconds, half a second faster than Sweden's Peder Fredricson with Cute S (Pessoa VDL).
