Bertram Allen on top in Basel's Longines Ranking class

In Basel topsport is continuing as the 1.45m Longines Ranking class concluded with Ireland's Bertram Allen on top of the class.

Bertram Allen guided his 11-year-old GK Casper (Canto 16) to victory in 55.89 seconds. Also Emanuele Gaudiano crossed the finish in under 56 seconds. Aboard the 12-year-old For Pleasure-daughter, Quinn van de Heffinck Gaudiano settled as runner-up. In 2017 Gaudiano took over the reins of the Belgian Warmblood mare from Damien Plume. Germany's Hans-Dieter Dreher completed the stage with his Calvaro-son, Twenty Clary. After a clear round in 56.62 seconds, Dreher advanced on home-rider, Edwin Smits with Lantaro von Hof (Ladiro von Hof). Results
