The final of the Nations Cup in Gothenburg kicked-off tonight. Ireland started with a third place but will have to defend their medal place without a fourth rider in today's Nations Cup finals. Bertram Allen decided not to compete anymore with his Belgian Warmblood-sire Hector van d'Abdijhoeve (by Cabrio van de Heffinck). Yesterday Allen fell of his horse in the second round and decided to keep the confidence of the pair by Whitdrawel.
