This afternoon the international 2* riders battled it out in the 1.40m Grand Prix qualifier at the Sentower Park in Opglabbeek, Belgium. In this speedclass an international stage was the result with Slovakian Bronislav Chudyba on top. Chudyba and the 12-year-old Pokerface 33 (by Couleur-Rubin) topped the class after a clear finish in 60.76 seconds. In the past two years, Pokerface jumped together over 30,000.00 Euro in earnings. Turkey followed as runner-up thanks to Derin Demirsoy and his KWPN-mare, Vancouver (by Calvados). Belgium's Julie de Pelsmaeker completed the stage. De Pelsmaeker and her favorit mare, the 13-year-old Baloubut du Rouet-daughter, Daloubette van de Krekebeke stopped the clock in 61.44 seconds. The Netherlands followed in a fourth place with Timothy Hendrix and the 9-year-old Janou (by For Pleasure). The top five was completed by Ireland's Harry Marshall and Barcelona. In total 79 combinations took the start, 31 finished clear.
