Canadian Show Jumping Team Named for Final Leg of North American FEI Nations’ Cup Series

The Canadian Show Jumping Team members have been named for the FEI Nations’ Cup™ taking place during the CSIO 4* Odlum Brown BC Open at the Thunderbird Show Park in Langley, BC from May 31 to June 4, 2017. The $100,000 FEI Nations’ Cup, set for June 2, represents the third and final qualifier for the North American, Central American and Caribbean League in the FEI Nations’ Cup series. Therefore, the CSIO 4* Odlum Brown BC Open will determine the top two teams invited forward to contest the Nations’ Cup Final in Barcelona, set for Sept. 29 to Oct. 1, 2017. The race is tight with the United States currently leading with 180 points, Mexico second on 170 points, and Canada third with 160 points. Riding for the Canadian Show Jumping Team in the hopes of securing Canada’s berth to the Nations’ Cup Final will be: Rider / Hometown / Horse / Owner Tiffany Foster / North Vancouver, BC / Brighton / Artisan Farms LLC & Torrey Pines Stable Ian Millar / Perth, ON / Dixson / Susan & Ariel Grange Chris Surbey / Calgary, AB / Chalacorada / Linda Southern-Heathcott & Spruce Meadows Ltd.
