Karrie Rufer, riding Morning Star Sporthorses Clapton (Clinton x Triumph), came within tenths of a second in 31.94 to clinch second place. "She is naturally a quick horse to turn in the air so I was able to get in my two point, pick up a gallop, shorten my reins, and everything came up for her nicely," Anthony said of her winning round. "Vegas has a very small, compact ring with the best atmosphere of an indoor show on the West Coast," added Anthony of her experience at this unique venue.
