The last week of two weeks showjumping at the Thunderbird Show park in BC, Canada, ended with a win for Chelsea Jones in the $15,000 Odlum Brown Ltd. Grand Prix. Together with Ultima V Jones was just a bit faster as runner-up Bryna Closson and Blitz. With her win Jones returned home with a cheque worth $ 4,700. Third place was for Katie Kraft and Corofelio. Tracey Epp (Chicago) and Susan Latiff (Tamara) completed the top five in this Grand Prix. In the 1.30m class on the last day of the Tbird adventure it was Stephanie Valdes and Landrino 5 who rode to victory. Megan Hilton followed in a second place with Caspar T. Prize-pirate of the past two weeks, Kimberley Tackaberry and her favorite, Dutch-boy, finished third in this 1.30m's. While Susan Latiff had to be satisfied with a following place in the GP, she claimed the win in the 1.25m class.
