The Dutch showjumping rider Mathijs Van Asten surprisingly cancelled his participation at the Dutch Show Jumping Championships last week-end. Due to a foot fracture the rider still isn't able to ride but moreover his tophorse Credence Z has been sold to China. The Zangersheide-gelding was sold through the aid of Jan Tops to a Chinese rider who, for know, wishes to remain anonymous.
The pair, Van Asten and Credence Z ( Catango Z x Palfrenier), scored some GP-victories at the international competitions of Neeroeteren and Bonheiden. Also at the three-star competition of 'de Steeg' the pair concluded their competition victoriously. Apart from his participation, for the dutchies, at the Nations Cup of Falsterbo, they scored a third place at the Dutch Championships last year.
