In the Spanish La Coruna, the CSI2* Grand Prix has just been ridden. In this 1,45m class, 37 combinations entered the show ring. Seven of them rode a clear first round and came back for the jump ogg. In that jump-off it were the Spanish riders who ruled to show. The victory went to Luis Fernandez Gil Fournier. He rode his 10-year old Darco-mare Espinosa in 36,85 seconds to the finish line. With this time he was a full second faster than Kevin Gonzalez de Zarate Fernandez. He and Urbain Des Grezils (f. L'Arc de Triomphe) left the wood untouched and finished in 37,86 seconds. Teresa Blazques-Abascal completed the podium with Carola (f. Dutch Capitol). They jumped a clear jump-off and finished in 38,14 seconds. Valentine Belooussoff and Calou (f.
