CSI5* Paris : Maikel van der Vleuten is lightening quick to win the Prix GDE

The Prix GDE was the first of the major classes this week at the Gucci Paris Masters, and it was Dutchman Maikel van der Vleuten who was victorious in this 1.55m class. Maikel and his 2012 Olympic mount VDL Groep Verdi were the fastest in the jump-off to take the win. The jump-off was very exciting, show-casing some lightening quick rounds from all of the riders, especially Constant van Paesschen, who finished in second place and Luciana Diniz, who finished third. The top ten men and the top ten women from this class will compete in the Battle of the sexes competition tomorrow evening. Full Results
