Cyril Cools to the victory at Horse Pilot Jump Festival

At the Horse Pilot Jump Festival yesterday the Belgian Cyril Cools took the lead in the young horses class. He came with his seven year old BWP-gelding Kind Pleasure d'Asschaut (by For Pleasure) at the start. The two rode a double clear round and went through the finish in 39.15 seconds. Guillaume Foutrier took the second and third place. The Frenchman rode Fierte D'Edouards Joly (by Ogano Sitte) around the jump off in 41.56 seconds and Fayer du Ronchy (by Baloubet du Rouet) in 41.92 seconds. Grant Wilson from New Zealand rode Quincy Lady (by Quintender 2) and stopped the chrono in 42.03 seconds. The top five was completed by another Frenchmen Nicolas Delmotte with Filippo T Z (by Flipper d'Elle) under his saddle. The two crossed the finish line in 43.20 seconds. In the 1.35m class there was a French victory for Thierry Lambert who came at the start with Vishnou un Prince (by Banboula du Thot). He rode a clear round in 67.19 seconds. The Belgian Aiko Paridaen came a little slower in 72.95 seconds  across the finish line with Alpenfee (by Gentlemen).  The third in row was the German Thomas Brandt. He started his horse Letizia 49 (by Lord Pezi) and got four faults. Franck Vancrayelinghe rode around in 73.95 seconds and also got four faults with Venise de Blondel (by Quartz Adelheid Z). The top five was completed by Filip Lacus with Unique des Remparts (by Quaprice Z) in 74.63 seconds with four faults.
