Darragh Kenny outmatched competition in Knokke

In this afternoons 1.50m Gold Tour competition of Knokke it was again an Irish combination who had the honours of landing on the number on spot with Darragh Kenny taking the win in front of Santiago Lambre and Pedro Veniss. During the speedclass on the Zout Plage stage of the international competition Kenny  and his  Vigo d'Arsouilles gelding Global Van T Braunerthof were more then a second faster as the rest of the field. Leaving a tough fighting for second place open that Mexican Lamber and his Zangerheide bred Fortin martinally won crossing the finish line 0.003 seconds ahead of Veniss who rode his For Pleasure mare For Felicila  to the third place in 63.46 seconds. French top rider Patrice Delaveau followed closely in 63.57 seconds and finished just outside the top 3 with Loefever II mare Leontine Ledimar Z H D C. And Belgian Francois Jr Mathy completed the top 5 on his stallion Casanova de L' Herse (v. Ugano Stte). Go here for the full results.
