German rider David Will won the CSI3* Grand Prix in Munich today aboard the exuberant mare Mic Mac du Tillard ( x Cruising ). The course was set up to the max height of 1.60m and it caused many problems for both horses and riders. Out of 49 starters only 13 made it through to the jump-off. In the jump-off many riders were forced into making mistakes in order to get the fastest clear round. David Will had the fastest time of 33.27 seconds and had to watch on as rider after rider tried to beat his time. Eventer Michael Jung swapped discipline for the weekend and ended up finishing in second place in the G.P behind Will with Sportsmann - S. Home rider Carsten Otto Nagel completed the German dominated top three with Holiday by Solitour. Janne Friederike won the DKB riders tour after her 14th place in the G.P allowed to win on points.
