Denis Lynch takes the first victory of the day in Zürich

The last day in Zürich started with a 1.45m course in two phases. There were fourteen candidates in the jump-off, nine off them stayed clear. The fastest under them was Denis Lynch with Echo de Laubry (by Virus de Laubry) and went across the finish line in 33.56 seconds. The combination is new in competition since Jumping Mechelen and earned in Leipzig a six place and in Zürich a fourth place. Christian Ahlmann came as last in the arena and was a few hundredth of seconds slower than Lynch in a time of 34.12 seconds. He came into the arena with Cornado II (by Cornet Obolensky). Pius Schwizer rode himself again into the top three in Zürich. He was in the saddle of Balou Rubin R (by Balou du Rouet) and stopped the time in 34.20 seconds. He was followed by the Frenchman Kevin Staut with Unna de Kerglenn HDC (by Cap Kennedy*bois Margot) and stopped the chrono in 34.20 seconds.
