Dermott Lennon takes fictory in first derby qualifier

In Hamburg the first qualifier for the Hamburg Derby was just won by Dermott Lennon for Ireland in the saddle of the twelve year old Gelvins Touch. This Touchdown son jumped to a time of 74.04 seconds over this 1m45  CSI4* course. With the Belgium Warmblood Gloria van Zuuthoeve (by Thunder van de Zuuthoeve) it was UK's Matthew Simpson who finsihed in second place in 76.23 seconds. Then in third place it was fellow UK rider Holly Smith who in the saddle of her Quality Old Joker (by O.B.O.S Quality 004) jumped to a time of 79.29 seconds. Completing the top five it was in fourth place Hendrik Sosath for Germany with Quel Chanel, followed by a fifth place for Thomas Kleis and his Ugaulin du Bosquetiau. Find all results here
