Riding third over the eight-effort jump-off course, Shawn Casady turned in the first clean ride to take the lead, finishing in 36.063 seconds on Valinski S.
Casady's lead held until the final ride when Ryan and Eddie Blue snatched away the win with a clean ride in 35.623 seconds, dropping Casady to second place. Finishing third was Callan Solem who had the only other clean jump-off ride; she finished in 42.939 seconds on Davidson.
In the $5,000 Hollow Brook Wealth Management 1.40m Jumper Class, Laura Chapot won on Out of Ireland for the second straight day. She completed the 13-effot, one-round course fault-free in 57.737 seconds to claim the win. Jimmy Torano, winner of Sunday's $75,000 Devoucoux Richard M. Feldman Grand Prix of Lake Placid, finished second with a clean ride in 58.661 seconds on Armageddon. Chapot took the next two places, finishing third on Shooting Star with a clean ride in 59.508 seconds and fourth with a clean ride in 60.708 seconds on Calafornia.
