The Spanish rider Diego Perez Bilboa was the one to beat. He rode a very impressive jump-off with his 9-year old Baloubet de Rouet , HH Best Buy. With his time of 39,86 seconds, he was the only rider who finished under 40 seconds clear.
Second place went to Great Britain with best female rider of this class, Jemma Kirk. She took Quelisto clear to the finish line within 41,86 seconds. Felicie Bertrand completed the top 3 with het Almeria Z (v. Asca Z) in a time of 41,94 seconds.
Nicolas Delmotte and Darmani Van't Heike (v. Grandeur) and Yuri Mansur with Unita Ask (v. Corrado I)completed the top 5.
