Dutch dominate Groningen's main class with Zoer on top

At the IICH the Dutch home crowd dominated the main 1.45m class of the international CSI2*. Albert Zoer speeded to victory in this crowded class that saw only nine combinations in the Jump-off. Zoer and Dum Drum (by Larino) set the fastest clear time in 35.79 seconds. The pair was only a bit faster as Lennard de Boer and VDL Edgar M (by Arezzo VDL). The combination crossed the finish in 35.86 seconds. VDL Edgar M is the Halfbrother of Suzanne Tepper's and Jur Vrieling's 1.55m horse Zavall VDL (by Casall Ask) and Jefferey Welles' 1.60m Vendredi (by Hors La Loi). World Champion, Jeroen Dubbeldam completed the Dutch joy as he placed third with Carusso LS La Silla (by Montebello La Silla). Leon Thijssen followed with No Fear vd Tichelrij Z (by Numero Uno) in fourth. Belgium's Dries Dekkers and D&J Havanna (by Griseldi L) completed the top five.
