Dutch rider Rowen van der Mheen takes home the golden medal in the EU CH Juniors

The European Championships for the Juniors in Samorin had the riders biting their nails. A few riders made it without any faults and it was Dutch rider Rowen van der Mheen who won the golden medal. In the saddle of his Q Verdi he completed both courses on a height of 1m40 over two rounds with 1.62 penalties behind his name ensuring the golden medal. The silver medal went to British rider Harry Charles and his Vivaldi du Dom with whom he finished with 2.18 penalties. The bronze medal went to Italian rider Giacomo Casadei and his Flickfox who finished with 6.35 penalties.   With 8 penalties Belgium's Simon Morssinkhof ended up on fourth place with his Perigrosse. He was followed by Francesco Correddu and his Nexofix who completed the top five with 8.95 penalties.   Find all results here
