Dutch riders dominate morning classes at Outdoor Gelderland

The second class of the day at Outdoor Gelderland was the CSI1* Big Tour, there the Dutch riders battled it out among themselves. Harrie Wiering was the fastest in the jump off with a time of 27.77 seconds. He came into the arena with his KWPN-mare Folinda by van Gogh. A little les than one second slower came Kirsten Rikkert across the finish line in 27.85 seconds with Sorrent (by Kingston). The third place was for Bart Bles with Casanova (by Lord Sandro) in 28.92 seconds. A few hundredth of seconds slower came Sanne Thijssen on the fourth place with Carinja 18 (by For Fashion) under her saddle. The two stopped the chrono in 28.94 seconds. Pam Nieuwenhuis completed the top five with Vendoxlux V (by Lux). Click here for all the results.  The first class of the day in Arnhem was the CSI1* Small Tour, here we got again a Dutch top three. Niels Brussen went fast around the first course in 57.78 seconds with his KWPN-Stallion Fabulous (by Tangelo van de Zuthoeve). He was followed by Isabelle Boon who came into the arena with Vince (by Krunch de Breve). The two crossed the finish in 58.59 seconds. Pam Nieuwenhuis rode with Golden BOy V (by Boss) and stopped the clock in 58.78 seconds. On the fourth place came the American Katherina A. Dinan with under her saddle Atika Des Hauts Vents in a time of 61.87 seconds. Further came James Paterson-Robinson on the fifth place with Querida (by Quidam's Rubin) in 62.74 seconds.
