Edwina Tops the Doha Grand Prix

The CSI5* Al Shaqab Grand Prix in Doha was won by Australian Global Champions Tour-lady, Edwina Tops Alexander. Aboard the 12-years-old Lintea Tequila (by Campbell) she finished her jump-off in 38.86 seconds. Almost 10 seconds faster as the runner-up Martin fuchs and Clooney 51 (by Cornet Obolensky). Only six horse-rider combinations made it to the final jump-off in this 1.60m class. Very fast but one rail down was the verdict for Emanuele Gaudiano and Admara 2 (by Padinus). The pair placed third and was followed by STX-rider Daniel Deusser and Cornet d'Amour. Luciana Diniz and Fit For Fun completed the top five. Finishing with two jumping-faults Olympic Champion, Steve Guerdat, and Nino des Buissonnets (by Kannan) made it to the 6th spot. Edwina took home a cheque of 165,000.00 euro winning this class.
