Francisco Pasquel wins Jumping World Cup Qualifier in Leon

Last night in Leon, Mexico about 30 riders competed in the 1,50m-high FEI Jumping World Cup Qualifier. The first place went to countryman Francisco Pasquel with ten-year old Coronado (Cassini I).

In fact, the complete top ten went to Mexico. Pasquel took the lead with his Holsteiner Coronado in 36,27 seconds during the jump-off. Hernandez followed suit with the Chacco Blue-son Chabacon in 36,51 seconds. The third place was for Patricio Pasquel (picture) with Babel (Billy du Lys). Gonzalo Azcarraga and Quite Nice (Quality) seized the fourth position in 38,44 seconds, exactly 0,08 second faster than Salvador Onate with Big Red (Ludwig von Bayern).
