Gilles Thomas and Daniel Deusser in shape during Spring Tour Lier, Belgium

This afternoon we were able to see some world class combinations during the Spring Tour in Lier (BEL). In the highest CSI2* class of the day, the 1m45 with jump-off, the Brazilian Fernando Chiarotto Penteado was the one to beat. Fernando rode Catija ET Z clear in a very fast time of 39,05 seconds. Stephex-rider Daniel Deusser came in second after his win in the 1m35 class with Tobago Z in the morning. This time he was able to finish fast with Sweet de Beaufour (v. Diamant de Semilly) in a time of 39,52 seconds. Third place was for Gilles Thomas who already won the other 1m35 class with Caretina (v. Caretino) in the morning . Now he was able to cross the finish line with Conaro (v. Con Capitol) in 40,38 seconds which is a great achievement for this young rider. Fourth and fifth place were filled in by Thomas De Wit and D-Armel van't Kamervel (v. Satanas Des Vaux) who stopped the clock at 40,53 seconds and Harrie Smolders with Hos D'o (v.
