Gregory Potin wins heavy CSI3* Grand Prix in Lanaken

From the 50 combinations at the start in the 1.50m Z-Tour Grand Prix in Lanaken only nine qualified for the jump-off. In this CSI3* Grand Prix it was France's Romain Potin who jumped to victory aboard his Belgian Warmblood horse, Impressario vd Heffinck. Together with the 10-year-old Diabeau-son Potin stopped the clock in 46.33 seconds. Belgium's Frédéric Vernaet followed as runner-up with Just A Gamble (f. Toulon) under the saddle. Vernaet crossed the finish in 46.77 seconds. Only three combinations made a clear finish in the Jump-off. Together with Lutterbach (f. Toulon), Gregory Cottard completed the stage.
