Guillaume Foutrier claims the Riviera Sun Tour Grand Prix victory

The international three-star Grand Prix of the Riviera Sun Tour saw 58 combinations at the start, from which 15 pairs qualified for the jump-off. In total six pairs made a clear finish. It was France's show jumping rider, Foutrier who jumped to victory in the saddle of his trusted Tchin de la Tour (by Chin Chin). The combination crossed the finish clear in 40.14 seconds. Germany's Hans-Dieter Dreher followed as runner-up with Cool and Easy (by Contender). Dreher made it a clear finish in a time of 40.54 seconds. Belgium's Wilm Vermeir and the 11-year-old Gentiana de la Pomme (by Shindler de Muze) jumped to the third place. Last summer the pair jumped to victory in the CSIO4* Grand Prix of Sopot, Poland. Stephex Stables rider, Petronella Andersson placed fourth with Ivoor van 't Paradijs (by Quadrillo) under the saddle. Omer Karaevli and Roso au Crosnier (by Looping d'Elle) completed the top five.
