Home victory for the French in the CSI2* Grand Prix of Deauville

In Deauville the French riders dominated the CSI2* Grand Prix. Fourteen riders qualified for the 1.45m heigh jump off and only the top five managed to stay double clear. Only one rider in the top five wasn't French. Felicie Bertrand took home the win, aboard Chacco Rouge (Chacco-Blue) she stopped the timers in 39,40 seconds. Leaving Alexis Deroubaix and Secret du Pays D'auge (Quick Star) more than one and a half second behind. Duarte Romao was the only non-French rider to make the top five, he rode Utopie D'Bonneville (Landor S) to the third podium spot in 42,89 seconds. Penelope Leprevost came in fourth with GFR Excalibur de la Tour Vidal (Ugano Sitte) and Rudy Cock completed the top five aboard Vauban de ste Hermelle (Surcouf de Revel). Click here for the results.
